At Oculus Design Studio, we are proud to have transformed IPG Mediabrands' vision for their new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune, India. This 62,000 sq. ft. workspace reflects the company's dynamic, ever-evolving nature, emphasizing creativity, collaboration, and self-expression. Designed to inspire both employees and clients, the space embodies the concept of "Kinesso" — movement and change — central to the agency’s growth.
Approach
The design blends functionality with vibrant aesthetics, featuring bold colors, flexible layouts, and multi-purpose areas that foster a sense of discovery and innovation. From the arrival space, which merges reception with a vibrant social setting, to the varied configurations of meeting and interview rooms, every detail is curated for a seamless experience.

Acoustics and flexible layouts optimize focus and creativity, while advanced technologies, such as RGB lighting, add an immersive element to key spaces like the café, recreation areas, and training rooms.
