Progress

Overview
A holistic office fit-out for Progress spanning a welcoming reception with a living moss wall, intimate biophilic breakout lounges, a large-capacity boardroom, an open collaboration and lounge zone, and a multi-functional café that doubles as an all-hands event venue. The design is anchored throughout by natural materials, greenery, and the brand's signature green identity, creating a cohesive, nature-forward workplace experience across every touchpoint.
Approach
The design translates Progress's brand identity — growth, momentum, and innovation — directly into the spatial language of the office. Natural wood, living plants, and a consistent green palette run through every zone, creating visual continuity while allowing each space its own character and function. The result is an office that feels alive and purposeful, balancing high-energy social spaces with quieter, restorative corners.
A nature-inspired reception, lush biophilic lounges, a warmly lit large conference room, a vibrant collaboration hub, and a multi-purpose café and event space come together to build a workplace that is as energising as it is welcoming — reflecting the brand's forward-moving spirit at every turn.
Ideas
Full-height living moss wall as a brand-defining reception feature; vertical timber slat screens as spatial dividers in breakout areas; hexagonal moss tile art installation in the collaboration lounge; sculptural angular acoustic cloud ceiling panels; decorative laser-cut timber ceiling cassettes with botanical motifs in the café; red-chair theatre configuration for large all-hands events; integrated planter modules as aisle and zone dividers throughout; open wood shelving as a flexible display and greenery wall; patterned frosted glass privacy film on conference partitions; warm-toned pendant lighting for hospitality character in social zones.
Approach
Biophilic design is not decorative here — it is structural. Living walls, moss installations, and planter dividers are positioned to define zones, improve acoustics, and support employee wellbeing simultaneously. The café and event space are designed with intentional flexibility: mobile seating and a clear sightline to the feature wall allow the same footprint to shift from daily dining to full-company gatherings with minimal effort. In the collaboration lounge, the hexagonal moss wall reinforces the Progress brand while acting as an acoustic backdrop. Throughout, natural material choices — timber, greenery, warm stone — soften a large corporate floor plate and make every space feel considered and human in scale.
