Overview

A large-scale corporate office fit-out featuring a diverse mix of work environments expansive open-plan workstation floors, formal and informal meeting rooms, and a signature boardroom unified by a bold, culturally inspired design language that blends vibrant colour zoning, Indian heritage murals, biophilic elements, and high-performance acoustic solutions.

Approach

The design strikes a balance between operational density and human-centred comfort. A consistent palette of orange, blue, and natural wood tones ties together distinct spatial typologies, while locally inspired artwork and planter dividers inject identity and warmth across a large, multi-zone floor plate. Each room type is given its own character without breaking the overarching visual language.

At Vertafore, culture comes to life in spaces designed to connect people, celebrate heritage, and inspire the kind of collaboration that drives meaningful work forward.

At Vertafore, culture comes to life in spaces designed to connect people, celebrate heritage, and inspire the kind of collaboration that drives meaningful work forward.

Vibrant open workstations, culturally rooted murals, biophilic planter dividers, and a range of formal and informal meeting environments create a workplace that energises teams, strengthens identity, and supports every kind of work — focused, collaborative, or creative.

Ideas

Color-coded zoning for team bay identity; Indian folk-art and geometric murals on columns and feature walls; biophilic planter modules as aisle dividers; layered acoustic baffle systems on open ceilings; statement lighting as room-defining centrepieces; semi-transparent frosted glass partitions with custom graphics; lounge-style informal meeting spaces as a counterpoint to formal conference rooms; integrated AV and whiteboard walls throughout.

Approach

Every space is designed with a dual purpose in mind acoustic and aesthetic, functional and cultural. Mural columns act as both art and wayfinding landmarks. Planter dividers provide spatial separation while supporting wellbeing. Lighting fixtures are treated as architectural elements rather than utilities. The informal lounge introduces a residential sensibility that encourages creative thinking, offering employees a deliberate change of pace from the structured workstation environment.
